Chapa holds both a B.S. in Agricultural Engineering/Environmental Science, a M.S. in Environmental Policy and Sustainable Development and is currently working in obtaining his Ph.D. in Environmental Science and Engineering. Nicolas R. Chapa is a Principal Environmental Scientist with over 25 years’ experience specializing in the environmental services field.
Nicolas R. Chapa also has an extensive experience as a National Environment Policy Act (NEPA) practitioner, focusing on NEPA environmental impact assessments, and NEPA regulatory compliance.
